Physiotherapy And Occupational Therapy For CSST / SAAQ Clients

PHYSIOTHERAPY SERVICES

Our clinics offer treatment for victims of work accidents and traffic accidents. Our physiotherapists and occupational therapists have extensive experience with work and road accident patients as well as solid training in specialized orthopedic physiotherapy. This expertise allows our team to take care of compensated victims, up to the most complex cases.

What sets us apart

  • We work in collaboration with the occupational therapist. (Mascouche Terrebonne clinic)
  • We offer the osteopathy approach and the massage therapy approach. (Mascouche Terrebonne clinic)
  • You will be treated in individual rooms.
  • Our professionals only see one patient at a time.

The different approaches in orthopedic and specialized sports physiotherapy which are described on this site are also used for patients compensated by the SAAQ or the CSST. With us, you will be assessed and supported by qualified and experienced physiotherapists. They will take the time to listen to you, take a full assessment of your condition and assess your condition carefully. A treatment plan at the cutting edge of the latest scientific advances in orthopedic medicine and rehabilitation will then be proposed and explained to you. You will also be involved in making decisions and choosing treatment.

A personalized approach, active and constantly adapted to your evolution will be used. Your condition will be regularly re-evaluated and the physiotherapist can adjust the treatment plan, always in close collaboration with your doctor. The ultimate goal will then be to ensure that you can return to work and resume your normal activities, but only when the timing is deemed appropriate by the rehabilitation team.

We are particularly interested in cases that have failed conventional approaches in physiotherapy, osteopathy, chiropractic, massage therapy and acupuncture. Invasive medical approaches like cortisone injections and surgeries have been shown to be effective by science, but should remain treatments of last resort, while more conservative treatment in physiotherapy and rehabilitation might be sufficient.

** If you are currently being treated in another clinic and have the impression that the approach used is not sufficient or appropriate for the treatment of your condition, you can transfer your file free of charge and without objection from the CSST or the SAAQ. In fact, patients are entitled to receive the treatments prescribed by the doctor in the clinic of their choice, regardless of the situation. You do not need your doctor’s approval to transfer your clinical record. We will quickly take care of the procedures with the CSST or the SAAQ.
